This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Art of Stat LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs your use of the Art of Stat mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1) License
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with this Agreement.
2) Restrictions
You may not, without prior written authorization from Art of Stat LLC:
You may use the App for personal or educational purposes, provided such use is non‑commercial. Examples of educational use include school or university settings for demonstration and instruction, creating handouts that include screenshots, or creating short videos showing an analysis performed with the App.
For commercial use of the App—including in educational settings such as including screenshots of the app in textbooks—please contact us at support@artofstat.com and we will be happy to provide a licensing agreement.
You may not use the App in any unlawful manner or to violate the rights of others.
3) Purchases & Subscriptions
The App offers subscriptions and one‑time purchases. Payment is processed by Apple/Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store/Play Store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store provider.
4) Content & Data
The App may allow you to upload or import datasets. You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any data you import.
5) Intellectual Property
The App and all related content, logos, icons, user interface, visual design, workflows for statistical concepts and analysis, and interactive visualizations are the intellectual property of Art of Stat LLC. All rights reserved.
6) Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any results produced by the App.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art of Stat LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement.
9) Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
